Sales Negotiator – Real Estate

About the role

Sovyn Realty is expanding its Dubai team and seeks motivated Sales Negotiators to drive property sales in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment. The position offers a clear career path in real estate, with visa sponsorship and relocation support for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
• Manage client enquiries, follow‑ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings and deliver project presentations.
• Negotiate sales terms and guide buyers through the transaction process.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Background in real estate, EdTech, insurance or a similar sales sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong client‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of sales negotiation, lead generation, pipeline management and property‑sales processes.
