Sales Officer – Outbound Banking Sales (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Officer to join the outbound department of a leading bank in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for existing customers, promoting selected banking products over the phone while representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing bank customers to generate new sales leads.
• Highlight product advantages such as low interest rates, flexible repayment options, and limited‑time offers.
• Provide transparent information, address concerns honestly, and establish credibility.
• Follow up on initial contacts to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Identify gaps in the sales journey and propose actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or any diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑centric attitude.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
