About the role
Dia Holding is seeking a confident and presentable Sales Promoter to represent the LUZORA RESIDENCES project at a dedicated lobby stand on Dubai Islands. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing the development, its units, and payment options while driving qualified viewings.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in the lobby and present the LUZORA RESIDENCES project, its units, and payment plans.
- Capture client details accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule viewings and meetings with the sales team.
- Arrange a minimum of 30 qualified viewings per month.
- Keep the lobby stand clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a promoter, in real estate, or in customer‑facing sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work independently.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Results‑driven with a strong customer service mindset.
