Sales Representative

About the role

Fly Sama Logistics is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships across its shipping, clearance and transportation services. The position is based on‑site in the United Arab Emirates and involves direct interaction with customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through meetings, presentations and regular follow‑up.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools and generate regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Basic data analysis skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
