Sales Representative – Pre Seller

About the role

The Sales Representative – Pre Seller will manage a portfolio of retail outlets, ensuring product availability, optimal merchandising, and strong customer relationships. This position focuses on driving sales and distribution of FMCG products, primarily Red Bull, across assigned stores in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales and distribution plans for assigned outlets, meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain compliance with company merchandising standards, planograms, and in‑store visibility.
• Visit retail outlets according to a route plan, monitor stock levels, implement FIFO, and check for expiries or damages.
• Generate orders, coordinate deliveries with back‑office and logistics, and follow up on overdue collections.
• Track market conditions, competitor activities, and outlet requirements, reporting insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in FMCG sales, preferably in retail distribution and pre‑sell operations within the UAE market.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
