Sales Supervisor – Retail (Dubai Mall)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will support the Store Manager in delivering strong sales performance and an excellent in‑store experience at Toys R Us, Dubai Mall. You will lead a team on the shop floor, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in meeting sales targets and providing high‑quality customer service.
• Cover the shop floor during peak periods and guide staff to maintain performance.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Manage stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and handling damages.
• Support training and development of team members and communicate daily targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in retail or hospitality supervising a team.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, SAP).
