About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales floor at Toys “R” Us in Dubai Festival City, ensuring a high‑energy environment and delivering an excellent customer experience. Reporting to store management, the role combines sales generation with operational duties to keep the store attractive and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information and suggest complementary items.
- Assist in fitting rooms, manage cash‑wrap transactions and promote gift‑card sales.
- Capture customer data in the store database and thank customers on exit.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to use computer‑aided design tools to create visual plans.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
