About the role
A reputable pharmaceutical company is looking for a Sales Team Lead to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, driving sales growth, and leading a high‑performing sales team within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to increase market presence.
- Achieve growth targets and hit sales objectives by managing the sales team effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Participate in realistic forecasting, develop plans and allocate resources to ensure target achievement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical/medical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably OTC/Consumer Healthcare in the UAE.
- Native Hindi speaker.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
- Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
