Salon Receptionist – Bilingual Russian/English

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist who is fluent in Russian and English to be the welcoming face of our vibrant salon. The role involves managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in‑person.
• Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and membership packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Oversee product inventory and assist with sales of salon products.
• Record daily sales and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with stylists and staff to optimise appointment scheduling.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably within a salon or beauty environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
