SAP Functional Trainer – Finance & Accounting

About the role

A leading retail group in Dubai is seeking an SAP Functional Trainer to support its SAP S/4 Hana transformation. The role focuses on delivering finance‑related training to internal users and ensuring a smooth adoption of SAP FI‑CO processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes on SAP S/4 Hana finance modules.
• Conduct classroom and virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
• Create training materials using tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360.
• Assess learner progress and provide post‑training support.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4 Hana training.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FI‑CO or other finance modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
