SAP Project Manager – Tax Reform (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

This remote, part‑time position leads a strategic SAP tax reform project for a global pharmaceutical environment. You will own project planning, execution, risk management and delivery coordination while working across international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and business objectives.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams and other project participants across regions.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and define mitigation actions or escalations as needed.
• Conduct project meetings and provide structured status updates to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience with substantial project‑management background.
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects from planning through implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily global collaboration.
• Ability to work four hours per day during Brazilian business hours.
• Experience with tax‑reform, fiscal transformation or related regulatory projects is a plus.
