SAP S/4HANA Trainer – Retail Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Trainer to support a high‑visibility retail transformation programme in Dubai. The role involves delivering hands‑on training, driving user adoption, and ensuring operational readiness across a multi‑site retail and distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑user training on SAP S/4HANA for retail, warehousing and operational teams.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Support user readiness, adoption and business engagement throughout rollout, UAT, go‑live and hypercare phases.
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs and other training materials.
• Collaborate with change, transformation and business teams to embed operational adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA training or user enablement in transformation programmes.
• Hands‑on involvement in UAT, go‑live or business adoption activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working directly with business users and operational leads.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai; Arabic language skills are a plus.
