Seasonal Spa Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to join our luxury resort in Abu Dhabi. The role is seasonal and focuses on delivering high‑quality massage and body treatments while providing exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly by name and create a positive first impression.
• Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments in line with the Standard Training Manual.
• Maintain and operate all spa equipment to ensure it functions at all times.
• Answer guest questions about services and explain the benefits of treatments.
• Assist with demonstrations, events, and training programs as required.
• Update the Therapist Logbook and complete assignments by set deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies, including fire safety, hygiene, and environmental health.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and wear the correct uniform with name badge.

Required profile

• Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to perform massage therapies and body treatments to high standards.
• Attention to detail in equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Punctuality and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to respond to operational changes and participate in training.
