Secondary Sales Agent – DAMAC Lagoons

About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is hiring experienced Secondary Sales Agents to join its growing DAMAC Lagoons team. This role is focused on leveraging your knowledge of the DAMAC Lagoons market, an existing owner/buyer database, and strong closing skills to maximise earnings and market access.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure resale listings from DAMAC owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
• Generate and manage qualified buyer opportunities.
• Advise clients on market values, pricing and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions.
• Manage the complete sales process from valuation/listing to closing.
• Build a strong pipeline of DAMAC Lagoons inventory and buyers.
• Stay on top of pricing, transactions and market activity within the community.

Required profile

• Proven Dubai secondary‑market sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of DAMAC Lagoons.
• Existing database of property owners, buyers or investors.
• Track record of closing transactions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented approach.
• Ambition to build a high‑income real‑estate career.
