Security Officer – Luxury Serviced Apartments

About the role

The Security Officer will safeguard the Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence, a 41‑floor luxury serviced‑apartment tower in Dubai’s business district. You will ensure a safe environment for guests, residents, and staff while supporting the high standards of a five‑star hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Report all incidents promptly, follow up with supervisors, and ensure proper hand‑over.
• Monitor and control access at all entry points, restricting unauthorized entry.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
• Work with front‑office teams to manage traffic flow within the property.
• Enforce designated parking zones and prevent unauthorized parking.
• Apply specific posting policies, such as contractor access rules.
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate department or personnel as required.
