SEM & Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are an international e‑commerce company operating over 100 online stores worldwide. We are looking for a hands‑on SEM & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, revenue and conversion rate.
• Conduct keyword research, bid optimisation, audience testing and detailed campaign analysis.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising, testing audiences, creatives and campaign structures.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, ensure accurate conversion tracking and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams, contribute ideas for automation and AI‑assisted initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven approach.
