Senior Account Manager

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Senior Account Manager will lead the growth of Dow Jones Business Intelligence solutions across the Middle East. The role focuses on strategic retention and expansion within the region’s largest financial institutions, managing the full sales cycle for Risk & Compliance products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of key Business Intelligence clients, primarily the top eight banks in the UAE, to ensure retention and increase contract value.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close new complex business opportunities across the entire Risk & Compliance product suite to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse customer business and sales challenges and match them with appropriate Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on brand positioning, value proposition and product roadmap for the Risk & Compliance business.
• Collaborate with senior management and marketing to align events, PR and branding with sales objectives.
• Maintain relationships with external technology and advisory partners to enhance market reach.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience selling to financial institutions and government entities, with a proven record of success with the top eight UAE banks.
• Deep knowledge of regional compliance regulations and familiarity with Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• University degree or equivalent education.
