Senior Advanced Services Engineer (Healthcare IT)

About the role

Oracle Health is rapidly building patient‑ and provider‑centric solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. As a Senior Advanced Services Engineer you will design, develop, configure and support Oracle Health Revenue Cycle Management applications, working closely with solution architects and functional consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Oracle Health solutions using CCL, DiscernDev, MPage and Java.
• Create and maintain custom components, scripts, reports and interfaces for Revenue Cycle Management.
• Configure and support Oracle Health RCM modules such as Registration, Scheduling, Charge Services, Patient Accounting, Billing, Claims and HIM.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations with external healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, XML and JSON.
• Maintain Health Plan configurations, contractual discounts, payer rules and claim submission logic.
• Perform system analysis, debugging, root‑cause analysis and resolve production and project incidents.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of custom solutions.
• Participate in technical design sessions, provide development estimates and support testing phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience developing healthcare information systems or Oracle Health solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer workflows.
• Excellent English communication, analytical and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and provide on‑site support as needed.
