Senior Architect – Concept Design

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Concept Design Architect to lead the early design phases of our most ambitious projects. You will shape the big‑picture narrative, turning complex client briefs into iconic architectural concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Stage 0 and Stage 1 design processes, generating innovative concepts that respond to site, context and client aspirations.
• Craft compelling design stories and “big ideas” that guide the aesthetic and functional direction of projects.
• Produce high‑end 3D visualisations, hand sketches and diagrams to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, ensuring avant‑garde concepts respect massing, zoning and basic structural logic.
• Present bold ideas to stakeholders, defend design choices and collaborate on iterative development.
• Work closely with urban planners, interior designers and technical architects to preserve the concept’s DNA through later stages.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 5–8 years of experience, with a strong focus on conceptual and competition phases.
• At least 5 years of professional experience working in the UAE.
• Passion for innovative thinking and the ability to translate visionary ideas into plausible designs.
