Senior Associate – Corporate Tax Advisory (Dubai)

About the role

PwC is seeking a high‑performing Senior Associate to join its UAE Corporate Tax team, operating from the Dubai office (with potential exposure to Abu Dhabi). The role combines technical tax analysis with client interaction and offers opportunities to contribute to business development across multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of corporate tax engagements, including planning, execution and reporting.
• Review corporate tax computations, returns and deferred tax calculations.
• Oversee client data requests, resolve technical queries and support complex advisory mandates such as group reorganisations and financing structures.
• Assist with implementation and documentation of the Domestic Minimum Top‑Up Tax (DMTT) and other evolving tax regulations.
• Prepare high‑quality technical analyses, briefing papers and client deliverables, clearly articulating risks and recommendations.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, review their work and provide timely feedback.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to work on diverse domestic and multinational client portfolios.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
