Senior Associate - ERS (GRC - Telecom Sector Exp. Preferred)

About the role

As an Advisory Senior you will make a significant technical contribution to client engagements and internal projects. You will establish and strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external clients while identifying business opportunities for the firm. The role focuses on anticipating and addressing risk, compliance and governance issues across the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct COSO‑aligned risk assessments, develop ICFR testing programs and prepare clear ICFR reports for management and governance stakeholders.
• Lead internal audit engagements, design audit programs, perform walkthroughs, and present findings and remediation actions to clients.
• Advise on corporate governance structures, draft delegation of authority documents, and support the preparation of annual governance statements and reports.
• Perform enterprise‑wide risk assessments, create ERM tools such as risk registers and heatmaps, and deliver risk dashboards to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, CIA, CRMA, CRICS, ACAMS) and 2‑4 years of relevant audit or advisory experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Power BI; knowledge of data analytics is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong analytical and communication skills.
