About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to join its External Audit team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality assurance services to clients across non‑financial sectors, leveraging both technical expertise and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Examine accounting records, inventories, and fixed assets for accuracy.
• Perform substantive testing and evaluate internal controls.
• Prepare and document audit findings, communicating risks and recommendations.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to report engagement progress and issues.
• Research client industry information to inform audit approach.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and senior staff.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and audit methodology.
