Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Deal Management

About the role

Visa, a global leader in payments technology, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support its Value‑Added Services (VAS) sales across the CEMEA region. The role combines pricing, financial analysis and commercial deal support for issuers, acquirers, payment facilitators and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pricing, financial analysis and commercial deal support for VAS sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Product, Marketing, GTM and Legal to develop competitive proposals and accelerate deal execution.
• Build financial deal models, pricing analyses and business cases for negotiations and management approvals.
• Coordinate deal reviews and approvals in line with VAS governance policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and AI‑enabled solutions to enhance deal efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD).
• Background in Deal Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
