Senior Business Development Manager – UAE Tax & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with deep UAE tax expertise to lead our Tax Department and drive revenue growth through strategic business development. This client‑facing leadership position combines tax advisory, team management, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UAE VAT and Corporate Tax advisory services, overseeing return filings and compliance reviews.
• Guide tax planning, structuring, and handle FTA assessments for clients.
• Develop internal SOPs, train staff on the latest tax updates, and manage the tax team.
• Generate new tax and compliance clients, converting leads from related service lines.
• Build referral networks with chartered accountants, audit firms, law firms, corporate service providers, and consultants.
• Represent Ace Patrons at networking events, conferences, and industry forums, delivering presentations and panel discussions.
• Strengthen the firm’s brand as a premium advisory service through webinars, seminars, and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and FTA procedures.
• Excellent networking ability within the UAE market.
• Confident in client presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
