About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join the KIGO team at Four Seasons DIFC in Dubai. The role focuses on high‑end Japanese cuisine, with a particular emphasis on sushi preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sushi and other Japanese dishes to the standards of a luxury hotel restaurant.
- Maintain quality, hygiene and presentation standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a high‑end Japanese restaurant.
- Previous sushi experience is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
