Senior Civil & Structural Designer

About the role

Blue Bahar Engineering is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Designer to lead the creation of detailed civil and structural drawings for industrial, manufacturing and utilities projects. You will work closely with engineers, designers and drafters to deliver high‑quality documentation from FEED through EPC stages.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare civil site layouts and develop 2D drafting in AutoCAD for industrial, manufacturing and utilities projects.
• Produce 3D models for civil and structural works using PDS/SP3D.
• Undertake site visits for field verification, create mark‑ups and provide technical support during construction.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to generate engineering documents and ensure multidisciplinary coordination.
• Mentor and train junior designers, fostering a collaborative office environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Civil or Structural Designer with an engineering degree or a three‑year diploma in drafting/engineering technology.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD and creating 3D designs with PDS or SP3D.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑oriented, team‑player attitude.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm and a willingness to take extra effort.
