Senior Consultant / Manager - Strategy, Policy & Governance

About the role

AtkinsRealis is looking for a senior‑level consultant/manager to join its Strategy, Policy & Governance practice in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on expertise in organizational design, governance frameworks and operational excellence, supporting both public and private sector clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks that meet Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements and client standards, including audits, gap analyses and maturity assessments.
• Design target operating models for portfolio, program, engineering and asset‑management functions, defining structures, roles and SOPs.
• Lead end‑to‑end business‑process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred), mapping current workflows and establishing KPIs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, build trusted relationships with government entities and clients, and deliver training to embed governance principles.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in strategy, policy or governance.
• Proven track record of designing operating models and leading process‑improvement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills and deep understanding of the UAE market.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
