Senior Customer Success Manager UAE

About the role

As the Senior Customer Success Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, you will act as a trusted advisor to industrial clients using Dragos solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption and ongoing success, ensuring their critical infrastructure remains protected.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post‑sales point of contact for MEA customers, driving onboarding, implementation and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers, conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services and Support to deliver a seamless experience and manage renewals.
• Monitor customer health metrics, proactively address risks and execute at‑risk account recovery plans.
• Travel up to 30% across the region to build relationships and ensure engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with MEA clients and understanding regional business practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; multilingual (Arabic, English, French) preferred.

Required skills

• Industrial Control Systems (ICS) knowledge.
• Operational Technology (OT) security expertise.
