Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are building a modern AI‑first digital banking platform with a cloud‑native architecture and high operational standards. As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will own the design, automation and reliability of our Azure‑based infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery.
• Operate and optimise Kubernetes clusters and containerised environments.
• Automate provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Improve platform reliability, security, scalability and monitoring.
• Support engineering teams with deployment automation and developer tooling.
• Implement observability, logging, alerting and incident‑management processes.
• Optimise cloud performance and cost efficiency.
• Manage secrets, access control and platform security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience.
• Experience in fintech, banking or other regulated environments.
• Strong hands‑on infrastructure engineering background with deep cloud knowledge.
