Senior Director, Partner/Vendor Alliances

About the role

The Senior Director, Partner/Vendor Alliances leads the development and management of strategic partnerships for NTT DATA in the United Arab Emirates. This role drives business growth, enhances client experiences, and strengthens the company’s competitive position through collaborative alliances.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner alliances strategy aligned with NTT DATA’s business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, managing performance and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partner alliances, leveraging market trends and client needs.
• Lead negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, securing favorable terms for the organization.
• Track and measure alliance performance against KPIs, analysing data and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations to align alliance activities with overall strategy.
• Represent NTT DATA at industry forums and events to raise brand awareness and uncover partnership prospects.

Required profile

• Extensive strategic thinking and relationship‑building experience in a global technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading senior alliance teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Significant senior‑level experience in partner/vendor alliances, business development and go‑to‑market execution.
