About the role
Al Marwan Group is seeking a Senior Draftsman to join its Infrastructure Project Team in Sharjah. The role involves producing high‑quality drawings for road and infrastructure projects across the UAE, supporting design coordination and site execution.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and update shop drawings, IFC drawings and as‑built drawings in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants and site teams to resolve design and technical queries.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, UAE authority regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions and document control to support smooth site execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Draftsman on road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards, regulations and construction practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Required skills
- AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).
