Senior Engineer Reservoir Management

About the role

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead reservoir management activities across its Abu Dhabi assets. The role provides expert engineering input to multidisciplinary projects, focusing on field development planning, performance analysis, and optimization of production and injection capacities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reservoir management studies, performance reviews and optimization using advanced techniques.
• Conduct field development, performance evaluation, reservoir and asset assessment, and well prognosis.
• Design and implement workflow for field evaluation, pattern balancing, and capacity governance.
• Oversee project surveillance programs including pressure transient surveys, tracer surveys, interference testing, observation well placement and cased‑hole logging.
• Provide expertise for reservoir engineering studies such as simulation, material balance and decline‑curve analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering, field development management and full‑field simulation studies.
• Proven ability to integrate dynamic and static data to maximize profitable recovery.
