Senior Executive – Commercial Finance (UAE National Talent)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Commercial Finance will support Dubai Holding Real Estate’s finance function, ensuring accurate financial information, effective budgeting, and informed decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute budget plans and schedules in line with Group policies.
• Act as liaison between department heads and the finance team to gather information for annual budgets.
• Monitor budget implementation and support recalibrations or forecasts as required.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc Management Information Reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting systems and conduct variance analysis against budgeted figures.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of budgeting, information systems, and project reporting policies, processes, and templates.
• Modify and maintain financial models to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
