Senior F&B Operations Leader – Hospitality

About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group is seeking a senior leader to drive exceptional dining experiences across its Address Hotels + Resorts portfolio. The role will champion the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a delighted fan.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Address brand and deliver flawless dining experiences from welcome to farewell.
• Lead and inspire F&B teams to achieve high standards of service and product quality.
• Oversee project completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify and implement cost‑efficiency initiatives while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 7 years in progressively responsible F&B operations roles within a 5‑star environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
• Proven multi‑disciplinary experience with strong F&B operations and product knowledge.
