Senior Financial Analyst – Global Sales Finance (EMEA)

About the role

Join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting EMEA Global Sales. You will partner with sales leaders to drive strategic initiatives, increase revenue and provide data‑driven insights that shape business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and financial frameworks.
• Build and maintain key reporting metrics (KPIs) with narratives that help partners understand performance trends.
• Perform complex financial analyses and create scalable mechanisms to uncover business drivers and growth opportunities.
• Present financial summaries and insights to senior management, tailoring the level of detail to the audience.
• Drive short‑ and long‑term financial planning processes while ensuring strong financial controllership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and interpreting financial results.
• Demonstrated ability to use financial models, KPIs and data analysis to deliver measurable business impact.
• Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A.
