Senior Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead premium airport F&B operations in Dubai, delivering exceptional passenger experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations.
• Deliver exceptional passenger experience at scale and drive service quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage P&L, set forecasts and take corrective actions as needed.
• Play a key role in new openings, expansions, transformation initiatives and concept development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ hospitality experience, including 2 years in an executive F&B leadership role.
• Pre‑opening experience in high‑volume premium F&B operations and proven revenue and cost‑control achievements.
• Experience with luxury, large‑volume hotels, multi‑site restaurant operations and working with local, regional and national suppliers.
• International experience with renowned brands, preferably in the GCC market.
