Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be the creative engine behind Ayat Group’s marketing and communications, shaping visual identity across real‑estate, construction, investment and trading businesses. You will work both on‑site in Dubai and remotely, delivering high‑impact designs for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, layouts and designs for marketing campaigns, promotional materials and corporate communications.
• Produce visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Ayat Group entities and subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to translate briefs into on‑brand solutions.
• Review and approve design output before final production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Mentor junior designers or external creative suppliers as needed.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready artwork files to professional production standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual projects across digital and print.
• Experience leading design projects and working in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
