Senior Growth Product Manager - User Activation

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead user activation initiatives for its cryptocurrency exchange platform. You will own the activation funnel, design growth features, and run large‑scale campaigns that drive active user engagement across a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Own exchange active user metrics (MAU, cumulative transactors) and define activation growth strategies.
• Lead planning and iteration of consumer‑facing growth features such as task systems, check‑ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives.
• Plan, build and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events) from concept to launch.
• Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves using funnel analysis, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Coordinate design, engineering, data and compliance teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify actionable growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in internet product or growth roles, including at least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3 platform.
• Proven ownership of activation/retention metrics with measurable DAU/MAU growth.
• Strong consumer‑facing product design experience, especially in task systems, gamification or viral features.
• Track record of planning and executing large‑scale campaigns.
• Understanding of licensed/regulated platforms, KYC tiering, geo‑restrictions and compliance trade‑offs.
