Senior Healthcare Data Analyst – Medicaid

About the role

This senior position focuses on leveraging large healthcare datasets to strengthen oversight of Medicaid programs in the United Arab Emirates. You will translate complex claims information into actionable insights that support program integrity and public‑sector health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis and reporting of Medicaid data, creating methodologies that support oversight.
• Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and high‑risk areas within large datasets.
• Research and investigate potential fraud, waste, and abuse by combining policy knowledge with detailed claims analysis.
• Develop analytical rules and solutions that turn raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain visual dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Present findings and recommendations through written, verbal, and visual communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to solve complex analytical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience conducting advanced analysis of Medicaid data.
• Hands‑on experience with T‑MSIS data and large, complex healthcare datasets.
