Senior Healthcare Implementation Engineer – Health Information Systems

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Senior Healthcare Implementation Engineer to join its Dubai team. In this role you will apply your deep experience in healthcare integration and enterprise implementation to deliver complex customer projects, ensuring successful validation, troubleshooting, and go‑live readiness of Solventum’s proprietary health information solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery of large‑scale healthcare system implementations.
• Perform system integrations, data validation, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate go‑live activities and ensure readiness of customer environments.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Solventum’s health information platforms through structured onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to solve technical challenges and drive project success.

Required profile

• Significant experience in healthcare integration and enterprise‑level implementation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude for working with diverse, global teams.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates and able to work onsite in Dubai.
