Senior HSE Advisor – Lead HSE Management

About the role

The Senior HSE Advisor will be responsible for overseeing Health, Safety and Environmental compliance for an upcoming project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building robust HSE management frameworks, establishing bridging documents, and leading project governance while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Health, Safety and Environmental compliance for the upcoming project.
• Develop and implement HSE management frameworks and bridging documents.
• Lead HSE governance activities and ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
• Manage key stakeholders and communicate HSE requirements across project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in HSE management roles on major projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant HSE certification such as NEBOSH IGC or Diploma.
• Proven ability to develop HSE frameworks, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance.
