Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner acts as the primary HR advisor for the aviation and aero‑engine MRO business unit, aligning people strategies with operational priorities and delivering end‑to‑end HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership and advisory to senior leaders, translating workforce needs into actionable HR solutions.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR delivery across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and off‑boarding.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring and change initiatives to improve effectiveness and support business growth.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Partner with HR analytics to deliver data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
• Initially operate as an individual contributor and later supervise a Senior Specialist – HRBP as the function expands.

Required profile

• Extensive HR experience, preferably within aviation or MRO environments.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on people strategy and change management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment law, talent management, performance management and employee relations.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and later lead a small HR team.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
