Senior Interior Architect – Luxury Villa Projects in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Architect to lead the design of ultra‑luxury residential villas in Dubai. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise and includes mentoring junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior architectural design from concept through completion for high‑end villa projects.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, space plans, layouts and presentation material.
• Produce detailed interior architectural drawings, construction documentation and technical packages.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, landscape designers and specialist consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes and project specifications.
• Manage multiple luxury residential projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings, design workshops and conduct site inspections.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material submissions and mock‑ups to preserve design intent.
• Collaborate with the FF&E team to integrate architecture and interiors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior architecture for ultra‑luxury residential villas.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
