Senior Interior Designer / Architect – Luxury Villa & Commercial Fit‑Outs

About the role

Hashtag Interiors is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead design concepts for luxury villa and commercial fit‑out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate brings strong Dubai market experience, a sharp design eye, and the confidence to manage both clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end interior design from concept through to handover.
• Develop mood boards, space planning, and material/finish selections.
• Produce detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Manage client presentations and secure design approvals.
• Coordinate with fit‑out, joinery, and MEP teams on‑site.
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality and authority requirements.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• UAE NOC or transferable visa.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed luxury residential and commercial fit‑out projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• 3D visualisation skills.
