Senior Investment Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Investment Administrator to lead fund accounting, investment administration and investor transaction processes within an ADGM‑regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fund and investment administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate Limited Partner (LP) transactions such as capital calls, distributions, subscriptions and redemptions.
• Maintain accounting records and support periodic and year‑end financial reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, custodians, banks and other service providers to resolve audit queries.
• Ensure compliance with ADGM regulatory requirements and uphold robust controls and documentation.

Required profile

• 14–15 years of experience in fund administration, investment operations or private equity.
• Strong hands‑on background in fund accounting, NAV calculations and LP transaction management.
• Extensive audit experience and familiarity with financial reporting and control requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working within the ADGM regulatory framework.
• Big 4 training or prior Big 4 experience is highly preferred.
