Senior Learning Design Strategist – Founder’s Office

About the role

The Founder’s Office at Crucifer AI is looking for a senior strategist to lead the design and delivery of its flagship learning programmes. You will own the end‑to‑end creation of at least two core courses, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are ready for launch without further founder intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Define course architecture, learning outcomes and assessment strategy for core curricula.
• Lead multi‑format content creation, coordinating with subject‑matter experts, faculty and AI‑enabled workflow tools.
• Manage and coach a small team of 2–3 junior designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality assurance, LMS integration, recording logistics and the production of faculty guides and simulations.
• Monitor post‑launch performance and iterate on content to enhance learner experience.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in learning design, instructional design or talent development.
• Proven track record of building complete learning journeys and course architectures.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing junior designers and stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with digital, experiential or blended learning environments and comfort using AI‑enabled content workflows.
