Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

onX is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive subscription growth, free‑to‑paid conversion, and re‑activation of lapsed users for the onX Hunt product. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle funnel, work closely with product, engineering, and creative teams, and use data‑driven experimentation to boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the D7 and D30 conversion funnel, free‑to‑paid upgrades, and lapsed‑user re‑activation.
• Generate self‑serve insights in Amplitude and translate them into testable hypotheses.
• Design and execute high‑velocity A/B, holdout, or validation experiments across email, push, and in‑app messaging using Braze.
• Scale personalized messaging by defining events and attributes for Braze personalization.
• Analyze experiment results, document outcomes, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, brand, growth, and creative teams to align lifecycle programs with revenue targets.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate campaign production, analysis, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Data‑centric mindset with a habit of living in analytics and forming sharp hypotheses.
• Proven ability to run and iterate on experiments at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, finance, and creative functions.
• Experience in subscription‑based or SaaS environments is a plus.
