Senior Management Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Digital Core Transformation

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead Digital Core advisory and transformation projects enabled by SAP S/4HANA for clients across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Digital Core transformation programmes, including ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Support SAP S/4HANA workstreams such as business readiness, data migration, testing coordination, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care stabilization.
• Establish and run Transformation Management Offices, providing governance, risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Lead and develop Capgemini Invent resources to identify and deliver client value.
• Collaborate with technical architects, digital specialists and SAP delivery teams to scope, design and roll out transformation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of end-to-end business transformation delivery for large clients.
• Advisory-level SAP knowledge, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate SAP technology impact for senior executives.
• Experience establishing and managing Transformation Management Offices.
