Senior Manager – AI Delivery & Product

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions across the organization. You will own the group‑wide AI backlog and roadmap, turning business and SME needs into concrete AI use cases and agent specifications while ensuring security, compliance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the AI backlog and roadmap based on business value, feasibility and risk.
• Translate requirements into AI use cases, agent specs, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Lead delivery governance for AI programmes, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets and executive reporting.
• Oversee AI deployments, coordinate integration, readiness and delivery teams across internal and external environments.
• Ensure AI security and compliance with PDPL, NIST and TOP SECRET standards.
• Establish GenAI safety practices, including red‑team testing, continuous evaluation and remediation.
• Manage model, agent and integration changes with versioning, approvals, release management and rollback processes.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps best practices covering CI/CD, observability, drift monitoring and incident response.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage vendors, SOWs and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of product, technology or delivery experience, including 3+ years leading AI/ML or AI platform products.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions (ML, NLP, CV, GenAI, AI agents) from discovery to enterprise‑scale deployment.
• Experience managing multi‑program portfolios in enterprise or government settings.
• Familiarity with PDPL, NIST controls and classified/TOP SECRET environments.
• Background in defence, aerospace or other regulated industries is an advantage.
