Senior Manager Corporate & Business Development

About the role

This senior position sits at the heart of the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) ecosystem, driving the commercialisation of next‑generation aircraft, systems and services for both piloted and autonomous operations. You will originate and execute strategic partnerships that enable new aviation capabilities across civil, defence and dual‑use markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end partnership development with government, quasi‑government and private‑sector stakeholders.
• Structure, negotiate and manage agreements for aircraft deployment, autonomy enablement, infrastructure development and related services.
• Navigate complex regulatory and policy environments, aligning commercial deals with aviation authorities and national strategies.
• Develop and implement market‑entry and regional commercial strategies for emerging AAM markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, policy and finance teams to assess technical feasibility and commercial value.
• Drive agreements from signing through pilot phases to scaled programmes.
• Build senior‑level relationships across aviation, aerospace, autonomy, defence, mobility and technology ecosystems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, business development, partnerships or strategy roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑year commercial and government collaborations.
• Strong ability to work in fast‑evolving environments with shifting regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
